In 2012, the Yip's Chemical Co., Ltd. merged its lubricants business to establish Yip's Lubricants (Group) Co., Ltd., with a production base in Dongguan, Guangdong. It produces and sells automotive lubricants and industrial lubricants mainly under the two brands of [Hercules] and [Pacoil].
